Emily chose to wear a flattering prom-style dress that went a long way to concealing her bump. She teamed the striking frock with towering heels and a black clutch bag, sweeping her tumbling hair to one side.

Her partner stood proudly by her side, wrapping a protective arm around the medical student, who recently completed her degree at Bristol University. Peter looked dapper in a black suit and an open pink shirt, and looked delighted to be stepping out with his pretty girlfriend at the glitzy event.
