Kim Kardashian's eight-month-old daughter might have a wardrobe to rival most fashionistas, but that doesn't mean she spends all day in designer togs.
"North has actually not worn anything designer yet," Kim revealed to People.
"Comfort is everything. Kids get dirty. She'll spit up. She moves around so much. I saw this one cute dress that was $500 and I was like, 'Absolutely not!' I want her in little onesies or leggings."

The proud mama, 33, went on to describe her daughter's style as "simple, classic and really chic".
"I tried to put North in a faux-fur vest, but she hated it," she confessed. "She doesn't mind headbands (that don't) pull her hair."
Kim also admitted that her own taste in kids' clothing had changed dramatically since North's arrival.

"I could tell what I thought was cute (before), but it's such a different thing when you have a baby of your own," she said. "I want soft fabrics and easy access to change a diaper."
Kim, who arrived in Austria with North on Wednesday, told the magazine that her jet set lifestyle can take its toll. "I do get tired," she said. "And we travel, which is hard. But you look at her and think, 'I don't care that you woke up twice for a feeding you have the cutest face ever!'"

Earlier this week, Kim couldn’t help but gush over her baby girl during an interview with Ryan Seacrest.
"My daughter is the cutest thing ever," she said. "I know every parent says that about their own kid! But she's the sweetest, she's the calmest and all she does is laugh.
"She'll laugh at anything you say. I put my toe right near her and she'll just start cracking up. She's the sweetest, happiest baby I've ever seen."
