TV presenter and charity campaigner Katie Piper has become a mum for the first time, HELLO! can exclusively reveal. The inspiring 30-year-old gave birth to a 7lb 1oz baby girl - whom she and her carpenter boyfriend James, 29, have named Belle Elizabeth - early this morning.“I am so overwhelmed with happiness,” Katie told HELLO! "I literally can't stop looking at her, she's just beautiful. After all the operations I've had, this one has given me my daughter - it's just the most special feeling in the world,” added Katie, who gave birth by Caesarean.
