With parents like Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, it's no wonder baby Prince George has been crowned the most influential tot of his time.The adorable eight-month-old, who is currently on his debut royal tour of New Zealand and Australia, has been making headlines for his heart-warming appearances.

Third-in-line to the throne Prince George

Just last week gorgeous George made his first public engagement in Wellington, where he attended a special playgroup arranged in his honour. George was in the company of other babies who were all born within weeks of him, but it was the third-in-line to the throne who stole the spotlight with his royal presence.Doting father Prince William has joked about his "bonny lad", telling a group at a reception that George was "at his most vocal at 3am, as you may have noticed".Little George was named the most influential infant by My1stYears.com — the personalised baby retailer that ranked the top ten celebrity tots of the noughties. The list was compiled according to the baby's marketing potential, their future standing in adulthood and the net worth of their parents, among other factors.

Royal darling George is estimated to pump a whopping £400million into the UK economy alone through tourism and retail sales in so called "George Mania".Fellow British tot Eric Cowell, the newborn son of Simon Cowell and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman, ranked second place in the list. The three-month-old will be heir to a net worth of £239million from his music mogul father and American socialite mother.Crossing stateside, Beyoncé and Jay Z's daughter Blue Ivy made the list at number three. The fashionable toddler is already one of the most well travelled infants in the world, having accompanied her mother on her world tour.

North West, daughter to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian

North West, daughter to rapper Kanye West and his queen of reality TV fiancée Kim Kardashian, came fourth. Dubbed to be the next big socialite, North attended her first party at the tender age of just three weeks old.

Harper Beckham was named fifth most influential baby. The fourth child and only daughter of footballer David Beckham and his designer wife Victoria has been making waves in the fashion world with her on-trend outfits. At just 14 months old, Harper was seen sitting on her dad's lap on the front row at New York Fashion Week, a spot many would die for.

Sophia Ecclestone Rutland, granddaughter of Formula One CEO Bernie Ecclestone, and Elijah Furnish John, son to Elton John and his partner David Furnish, were named sixth and seventh babies respectively.

Following closely behind was Shakira and Barcelona footballer Gerard Piqué's baby boy Milan.

Royal baby Mia Tindall, who is sixteenth-in-line to the throne and daughter of Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall, was ranked ninth.Bagging tenth place was Rex Wood, son to Radio One DJ Fearne Cotton and Jessie Wood.
