In their first ever interview and photoshoot together, Ronan Keating and girlfriend Storm open up their Sydney home to reveal how they first fell in love and their plans for marriage and children. Ronan, 37 credits "soulmate" Storm, 32, for helping him back from the brink as he struggled to come to terms with the death of his Boyzone band mate Stephen Gately and the breakdown of his marriage. The pair first met on the set of X Factor, but it wasn't until both of their relationships had ended in March 2012 that they had their first kiss in an Indian restaurant and fell head over heels in love.
"Storm understood me and was there and it was everything to me," says Ronan, who after his recent X Factor win down under is heading back to London to make his West End debut in Once on November 17."We became real good friends, and the chemistry got greater and greater and over time one thing led to another. I've never known anything like it – she's my best friend." In the exclusive HELLO! interview out this week, smitten TV producer Storm admits the pair are already planning their wedding." We've both found our soulmate and we know that we are going to spend the rest of our lives together," says Storm. "He's amazing; I love him."
And they reveal why it won't be long before the couple add to Ronan's three children Jack, 15, Missy, 13 and Ali, nine."We've talked about having a baby and it is a possibility for us, yes," adds Storm.Meanwhile Ronan, who after selling 24 million albums globally has just signed a three year solo deal with Decca, says after 20 years in the business is busier than ever – and he is after more challenges, starting with UK X Factor."If Simon Cowell asked me of course I would love to do X Factor. Who wouldn't? But I'm not trying to steal anyone else's position - I just want to clarify that!"The performer who once sang how Life is a Rollercoaster adds: "I feel like I'm on the climb again, I'm feeling like it's a bit of a rebirth for me, like I'm having a renaissance and a lot of that is down to Storm.
