Alec Baldwin's wife Hilaria has revealed the sex of their forthcoming baby, just a few days after announcing that they were expecting. The yoga instructor posted a picture on her Instagram account which showed the family's shoes alongside a new pair of baby shoes, navy loafers.
Hilaria, 30, captioned the photo with several blue hearts, hinting that they are expecting a baby boy. The full caption read: "So we have an announcement to make...can you guess??????? Now, with this little baby growing inside of me, I will document for you how I am going to take care of myself while pregnant and beyond."
She continued: "There will be great tips if you are expecting or if you just want to learn really good exercises and nutrition tips....here we go again!!! #hilariahealthy2015" The star couple announced the exciting news via social media on New Year's Eve.
The picture, taken on a beach with the backdrop of a glorious sunset, put the focus firmly on her growing baby bump, with Alec crouching down on the sand and lifting Carmen up so she could give her mum’s tum a rub.
Hilaria captioned the image: "The sun has set on 2014 and on my year of daily #hilariaypd ....2015 is going to be very exciting as we are thrilled to announce we are expecting another little addition to our family! (tadasana) #yogapostureoftheday"
The happy announcement may not come as a total surprise to fans – since the couple recently hinted that a new addition to the family could be on the cards. “My wife definitely thinks we should have one more baby," Alec told Closer in November. "We'll see what happens! It could be exciting. "Hilaria added: "As soon as [Carmen] came out, I turned to Alec and said, 'I want another baby'.
"The couple wed in New York in 2012 after a whirlwind romance and their daughter Carmen arrived in August 2013.
Hilaria describes Alec as her "soulmate". She told HELLO!: "I fell in love with him very quickly and very easily. He's very romantic. We can spend all day taking and we never get bored. With us, everything is very simple. Our wedding rings are engraved: 'We’re a great team'. In the end, that's what it's all about."
