With Jacqueline Jossa's due date nearing, it seemed the perfect time for her family and friends to throw her a gorgeous baby shower. The celebration was a very pink-themed affair, given that Jacqueline and her boyfriend Dan Osborne are expecting a daughter – exciting news that they revealed just last week. Jacqueline, 22, was shown a lot of love as she was spoilt by her nearest and dearest. The pregnant EastEnders actress was given not one but two cakes, candy floss, dozens of cupcakes and a pink chocolate fountain surrounded by mounds of profiteroles, marshmallows and fruit.

One of the cakes was adorned with a little baby cake topper, while the other was made in the shape of a gift box with clothes peeking out of it. Pink balloons and decorations festooned the venue, while Jacqueline perfectly blended in with the theme of the day in a floral smock. The pretty brunette left her trademark locks loose over her shoulders and showed off her funny side as she posed for a photo holding two baby dolls to her chest.

Just last week Dan, 23, revealed the gender of his and Jacqueline's first baby when he shared a snap on Instagram. The picture showed the TOWIE star holding up a slice of pink iced sponge, with Dan captioning it: "Can't keep it a secret anymore... Me and @jacjossa are having a girl!" The couple had found out the sex of their baby back in October and teased fans with a similar black-and-white photo of themselves and the cake, with Jacqueline captioning it: "Twinkle twinkle little star how we wonder what you are? #pink or #blue."

Jacqueline's baby shower comes just a few weeks after she and Dan set the record straight about their relationship. Dan, who has a 13-month-old son Teddy with his ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin, had previously tweeted that "relationships just do not seem to work" – fuelling rumours that all was not well with him and Jacqueline. In December, however, the pair put on a united front by posting a sweet picture of themselves kissing on Instagram.
