Five weeks after the birth of their second son together, Alicia Keys and Swizz Beats enjoyed a night out with no children in sight. The duo looked thrilled to be on date night at a rollerskating rink, having left their boys, Egypt, four and baby Genesis, at home.
Alicia Keys gave birth to a second son with Swizz on 27 December
When the Girl on Fire songstress turned 34 last month brought the party to her since the couple didn't feel like going out. He invited some of their friends to their home to celebrate with a bash based around 1990 comedy House Party, even asking some of the original cast members along.
The film follows the madcap adventures of Kid as he attempts to sneak out to a party against the explicit instructions of his father, who has grounded him.
Alicia documented her night of high jinks on instagram, showing the duo in colourful onesies. The caption read: "Worlds best Patna, husband, BFF and party planner!!!! ( 2nd to me shhhhh don't tell him!! Thank you soooo much my love @therealswizzz for loving me on a whole other stratosphere #mygreatestinspiration!!!" Last year the singer surprised her husband with a Coming to America-themed party for his 36th.
Alicia and Swizz, real name Kasseem Dean, certainly have a lot to celebrate. Genesis Ali Dean was born on 27 December, four days early. His happy mum described his arrival, saying: "The joy of joy is joy!! It's a boy". The couple announced the pregnancy last summer, sharing the happy news with her 19 million Twitter followers on her fourth wedding anniversary, which fell on 31 July. They married in two ceremonies in 2010, a zulu blessing at the time of the World Cup in South Africa, following by a traditional celebration on the island of Corsica. Swizz has two other children, from previous relationships, 14-year-old Kasseem Jr, and Nicole, five.
