Congratulations to country singer Carrie Underwood who has given birth to her first child. The 31-year-old revealed the news on her official Facebook page. "Tiny hands and tiny feet...God has blessed us with an amazing gift! Isaiah Michael Fisher - born February 27", she captioned the sweet shot which showed baby Isaiah's hands.

In February Carrie and her husband Mike Fisher revealed that they had still not decided on a name for their little one. "We need to lock that down here pretty soon," she told People magazine.

"We joke a lot about funny things that go with Fisher, but there’s not some family name that I have had to be like, 'No! That’s terrible!' "

Mike meanwhile, told People of becoming a father: "It’s something we’re really looking forward to. I’m just thinking about wanting to be the best dad I can be."

Their parents couldn't be happier," the singer captioned a picture of her two dogs, wearing 'I'm going to be a big brother' and 'I'm going to be a big sister' T-shirts.

Carrie and professional hockey player Mike, 34, celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary in July. The couple were married in Greensboro, Georgia in front of more than 250 guests, including Simon Cowell, Faith Hill and Garth Brooks.
