Una Foden shares sweet video of Tadhg trying to say his first word

April 28, 2015

Una Foden's son Tadhg may only be 12 weeks old, but he could have already said his first word. The Saturdays star shared an adorable Instagram video on Tuesday which shows the baby boy trying to say hello to his mum.

"Say hello!" Una prompts her son, who is wriggling around in a cute blue and white stripe Babygro. The video, which quickly received almost 7,000 likes from fans, shows Tadhg's adorable attempt to reply.

"He said Hello!! 12 weeks old (well I'll believe he did anyway lol) #Tadhg", Una wrote.

Una is besotted with her new arrival and has been celebrating every possible milestone with her fans. A recent photo showed Tadhg – pronounced like 'tiger' without the 'r' – snoozing soundly next to his pop star mum in bed.

"Could this little man get any cuter?!" she captioned the black and white photo.

Meanwhile Una's husband Ben Foden also shared the photo to his own Instagram account, joking that Tadhg was the "new man" in Una's life.

"My heart just melted 'beautiful #morningliein #thenewmaninunaslife #replaced," he wrote.

Una and Ben welcomed their son on 2 February, and the couple are clearly besotted with their new arrival judging by the photos they have both shared of the baby boy.

The proud parents, who also have a three-year-old daughter Aoife Belle, first introduced their son in an exclusive interview and photoshoot with HELLO! magazine. As well as discussing his birth, they also explained their reasoning behind Tadhg's traditional Irish name.

"We were going over names for ages and I'd suggest Ty, which I really liked, when Una said, 'There's an Irish name that's very similar,'" Ben said. "As soon as she said it, I thought, 'That's cool.' With Una being Irish and Aoife having a traditional Irish name, it seemed fitting."
