Frankie Bridge shows off her bare baby bump on family holiday

June 9, 2015

Frankie Bridge is glowing in the last few weeks of her pregnancy. The Saturdays singer has showed off her bare baby bump in a new photo shared from her family holiday in Portugal.

The mum-to-be is enjoying the sun-soaked getaway with her husband Wayne Bridge and their son Parker judging by the series of snaps she has posted to Instagram. In her latest photo Frankie can be seen smiling at her one-year-old son while she sits in a white bikini and long waistcoat.

"Just the three of us," she captioned the photo, which shows playful Parker grinning for the camera while wearing just his nappy and a pair of sunglasses.

Over the weekend the 26-year-old looked stunning in another photo of herself cuddling up to her husband Wayne, writing: "Found myself a sailor."

Frankie showed no sign of the difficult pregnancy she recently opened up about, looking relaxed in a black maxi dress and yellow jacket.

The What About Us singer revealed she was almost admitted to hospital with severe morning sickness in the early stages of her pregnancy, and was forced to pull out of the Strictly Come Dancing live tour.

"I'm feeling so much better but it hasn't been an easy pregnancy," Frankie told The Mirror. "The condition kicked in at around six weeks and I was so ill they wanted to admit me to hospital. The only reason I didn't go is I couldn't bear the thought of the car journey."

Frankie said she's also lucky to have the support of former England player Wayne, who she says is happy to be a hands on dad while she continues to be a working mum.

"I'm fortunate Wayne's wonderful with Parker. He's the fun parent who makes him laugh and they're proper boys together," she said. "My mum always worked, so it's the life I come from. Wayne looking after our son while I go to work gives me total peace of mind that he's safe and happy."
