On Sunday, the former TOWIE star took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of herself with property developer boyfriend Paul Knightley – and added some tell-tale emojis to formally announce the news that she is expecting her first baby.In the picture, 24-year-old Sam smiles as she looks up at the camera, while her topless boyfriend stands with his arms wrapped protectively around her. Alongside the image, she added emojis including a baby and a love heart.

The reality star is currently three months pregnant, and both she and 26-year-old Paul are said to be "very excited" about the new arrival. "They are really thrilled and really looking forward to being first time parents together," a source told the Mirror.Sam first met Paul in October in a bar in Essex shortly after her split from on-off boyfriend Joey Essex. The pair decided to keep their romance quiet for months, but eventually went public on a romantic break to Dubai in March.The following month, Sam shared a simple photo of her and Paul holding hands, without giving any clues to his identity.
