Sam Faiers set for babymoon: 'Paradise here we come'

November 6, 2015

In a few months Sam Faiers and her boyfriend Paul Knightley will welcome their first child. Before they become a family-of-three, the couple have decided to jet off on an idyllic babymoon.

Proving the envy of her thousands of followers, Sam shared a photo of a small plane bound for paradise.

"#seaplane #maldives we made it, paradise here we come," the 24-year-old wrote.

The pregnant reality TV star seems to be using her downtime wisely, as she posted a question on Twitter asking her fans for mummy-to-be advice.

"Can anyone recommend any good baby books? Fancy a little read," she tweeted.

It looks like the Maldives is a favourite with the Faiers girls. Sam's older sister Billie, who is the proud mum to 15-month-old daughter Nellie, got engaged to her long-term boyfriend Greg Shepherd on the island nation last year.

Billie shared a series of photos on Twitter of the romantic proposal, which took place on a white sandy beach. Greg had not only kept hold of the ring in secret, but also hid a bottle of champagne in the sand.

When Sam gives birth early next year, her son or daughter will already have a little cousin to play with in the form of Nellie. It sounds like Sam and her boyfriend Paul, who began dating in October 2014 after meeting at a bar in Essex, want to keep the gender of their baby a surprise.

"We don't know the sex of the baby and we aren't going to find out," Sam told HELLO! Online last month. "We did consider it for a while but we have decided that we want to keep it as a surprise, not just for our family and friends but also for ourselves."

"I think when we do decide on a name that we will keep it a secret as it's so easy for people to change your mind on a name once they hear it," said Sam. "And once we've decided I think Paul and I will want to stick with it.

"Sometimes it takes seeing a baby for the first time before you decide on a final name as well. I always remember Billie being really keen on Elsie for Nelly, but then when she saw her she didn't think it suited her, so I guess we will have to wait and see."
