Kelly Clarkson has spilled all on her pregnancy. The Stronger singer, who is expecting her second child with husband Brandon Blackstock, said once again she has been suffering with sickness throughout her pregnancy.

The 33-year-old had a similar problem when she was expecting daughter River Rose, who was born in June 2014.

"I vomit a good dozen times a day. It's, like, bad," Kelly told Ellen DeGeneres in December 2013.

The former American Idol winner says she is "blessed" to have support from her friends and family, and shared her gratitude to her loved ones with a heartfelt tweet on Wednesday.

"I am surrounded by friends/family that couldn't be more loving, helpful, & supportive. No better gift in life. I am so blessed! Kelly tweeted.

Kelly is also not letting her sickness stop her from getting excited about her upcoming arrival, who is believed to be due in early 2016. The Because of You singer recently shared an image on social media of daughter River Rose, where she announced the gender of her second child.

"In other news, River's going to have a little baby brother :) We're so excited!" Kelly captioned the photo, which showed her toddler smiling as she sat at the top of a slide.

The performer announced her pregnancy during a performance at the Staples Center in Los Angeles in August. Kelly was performing her track Piece by Piece when she decided to share the news with her fans.

"I was not planning on announcing this," she told the crowd. "I'm totally pregnant!"
