Kim Kardashian has opened up about her latest pregnancy difficulty. The 35-year-old, who is expecting a baby boy with husband Kanye West in the next few weeks, has revealed that her son is currently in a breech position, that is head up rather than down ready for delivery, as she approaches her due date.
Writing on her official website, Kim explained that it is the latest complication in her pregnancy after she was previously diagnosed with placenta accreta – a condition where the placenta grows deeply into the uterine wall.

"I've surrendered to the placenta issues and actually haven't been thinking too deeply about them lately. However, my latest concern is that my baby is breech, meaning he's in the wrong position for childbirth," Kim wrote. "His head is still up and it's supposed to be down. He was supposed to turn by 32 weeks. So now, I will have to get a C-section."
However Kim is doing everything she can to encourage the baby to turn around.
"I lay practically upside down three times a day for 15 minutes. I play music in the right position and ice my belly in certain spots to get him to squirm out of the breech position," Kim explained. "I even started acupuncture where I burn moxa (mugwort) on my pinky toe every day! I am even attempting hypnosis!"

It is not the first time Kim has opened up about her pregnancy struggles, recently explaining that she doesn't feel at her best when expecting.
"Some people find it blissful, they feel sexy, they feel alive," Kim told People. "I feel completely the opposite!"
However, Kim emphasises that she is grateful for the opportunity to give her two-year-old daughter North a baby brother.
"Getting pregnant the second time was so hard for me. I totally respect the struggle people have to go through. But that doesn't mean I have to lie and say that it's blissful. I find it to be a miserable experience."
Kim has made an effort to embrace the experience, recently celebrating with a baby shower hosted by sisters Kourtney, Khloé, Kendall and Kylie.
