She's due later this month but Kim Kardashian seems to be facing a tough time in the lead-up to her delivery. The reality TV star has said that she is suffering from a sinus infection and the flu, at 37 weeks pregnant.
Kim, who revealed last week that her baby was still in a breech position, has shared a close-up photo of her burgeoning bump on Instagram. She emphasised her discomfort even more with a sad face emoji in her caption.
Throughout her second pregnancy, Kim has had to deal with several health hurdles.

She admitted that one of her latest concerns is that her baby is breech, meaning that he is in the wrong position for childbirth.
"His head is still up and it's supposed to be down," Kim wrote on her official website. "He was supposed to turn by 32 weeks. So now, I will have to get a C-section."
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians beauty added that she was doing everything she could to encourage the baby to turn around.
"I lay practically upside down three times a day for 15 minutes," she wrote. "I play music in the right position and ice my belly in certain spots to get him to squirm out of the breech position. I even started acupuncture where I burn moxa (mugwort) on my pinky toe every day! I am even attempting hypnosis!"

The 35-year-old has also opened up about her fear that she will develop preeclampsia again – the same condition she suffered with when she was pregnant with her two-year-old daughter North.
"With the issues I had last time, my risk of having preeclampsia and placenta acreeta are increased and there's not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery," Kim explained.
"In a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough, but luckily my doctor doesn't think this will happen."

Nevertheless Kim has emphasised that she is grateful to be able to give her daughter a younger brother. The doting mum has said countless times she is "blessed" to be pregnant and can't wait for her and Kanye West's little bundle of joy to arrive.
The Kardashians will be celebrating a lot of birthdays in the next couple of weeks. Kim's older sister Kourtney gave birth to her son Mason and her baby boy Reign on 14 December, five years apart.
