"Granny came from Ohio to meet Luna today," the singer captioned the Instagram image, showing his grandmother cradling the tiny baby, and looking up at the camera.John, 37, and Chrissy welcomed their first-born on 14 April, and have been proudly posting photos and videos ever since. "She's here! Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy," Chrissy announced on social media following the birth.
