'I think people like to know they're not alone.' Mila Kunis opens up about motherhood

June 18, 2016

Mila Kunis has opened up about motherhood, revealing that her 17-month-old daughter, Wyatt Isabelle, is "rambunctious," and that she always turns to her best friend for parenting advice.

The Bad Moms star, who recently revealed that she is expecting her second child with husband Ashton Kutcher, chatted to PopSugar about her daughter. She said: "I only have one little human. She's not so bad…I have an amazing husband and my parents live in same town as I do…but she's only 17 months old.

"She's rambunctious but she's not there yet where she's two-and-a-half and I'm like…'this is demon baby.'"

The Forgetting Sarah Marshall star continued to say how important it is that mums stick together and help each other out.

"I think people like to know they're not alone. I think that the second you're like, 'Oh wait' and that you can put humour at it, and it's something that you can make light of," the 32-year-old explained.

"I think before my parents were raising my brother and I, everything had to go perfectly…Nowadays, if [it's] going wrong and I call my best friend and I'm like, 'I don't know, this colour is coming out of her nose and I'm pretty sure she's dying.' And it's okay to do that now, but I don't know if it necessarily was okay before.

"It's the competitive energy that is so destructive…we're all in it together. You only are a mommy in this way for such a brief amount of time anyway that you don't wanna look back and be like, 'Why did I care about that stupid nonsense?'"

Mila and Ashton revealed that they were expecting their second child earlier this week, with a source telling People magazine: "Ashton genuinely lights up when talking about Wyatt and the little one on the way. Everything about being a father is natural to him."
