She gave birth to her just a month ago, but Kristina Rihanoff is already showing her baby girl everything London has to offer. The Strictly Come Dancing star revealed little Mila recently joined her for lunch with a view as she caught up with friends.
Kristina, 38, took to Twitter to share details about their day out, writing: "Lovely lunch at @TheShardLondon with my little one and friends!! First lunch for Mila in London."

Mila is Kristina's first child with rugby star Ben Cohen, who also has two other daughters from a previous marriage, and they recently opened up to HELLO! Magazine about lift with their bundle of joy.
Heaping praise on his girlfriend, 37-year-old Ben said: "Kristina is a natural mum. It was very emotional and it gives you even more respect – it's nature at its best. I'm proud of Kristina, proud of Mila and proud to be a dad again. I've been down this road before, but it's Kristina's own journey too with Mila."

And Kristina is grateful Ben is there to answer any questions she has about parenthood. She added: "I ask Ben for advice a lot because he has already been through this. For me I am learning every day about myself and the baby. Motherhood is much harder than I expected. But it's also very special."
After eight years on the show, Kristina quit Strictly in January but she admitted she would like dancing to become a big part of her daughter's life.
She said: "I'm not going to lie; I think I may be a little bit of a pushy mum and say, 'Go to dance lessons'. But you have to do something you love."
