Chyna, 28, gave birth at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles where she had a caesarean.

The reality TV star was spotted arriving with Rob, 29, as well as a camera crew as the couple planned to capture the special moment on film.

"Rob looks very excited. They are preparing [Chyna] for the c-section. There is a film crew with them," a source told People, adding that Rob's mum Kris Jenner was also seen at the hospital.

Ahead of the birth Chyna kept her fans updated, counting down until her daughter's arrival. She previously wrote that her due date was on 16 November and in a photo posted earlier this week, she teased, "Soon."

The couple announced their pregnancy in May

The couple announced their pregnancy news back in May, shortly after Rob popped the question. The lovebirds also chose to reveal the gender of their baby on the premiere of their reality TV show, Rob & Chyna.

"I'm pretty nervous, I'm excited," Rob, 29, says shortly before the announcement. "I really want a boy."

"You're having a girl!" the doctor then tells the parents-to-be. "Rob, it's a girl!" Chyna repeats.

"Me wanting to have a boy stems from my relationship with my dad," Rob later explained on camera. "I'm just happy that the baby's healthy and I am super happy I am having a girl."

This will be the first child for Rob and Chyna. The model already has a four-year-old son King Cairo Stevenson with her ex-fiancé Tyga, who is in a relationship with Rob's half-sister Kylie Jenner.
