She's a doting mother to two beautiful children, and in a new interview Una Healy has opened up about the pressures of motherhood and juggling a career. The Saturdays singer - who is married to rugby union player Ben Foden - has admitted she uses the internet to help keep on top of things, calling it a "learning curve".

Speaking to MailOnline, the 35-year-old discussed sharing parenting tips with her bandmates. "I was the first to have a baby of course, but all the girls learn for themselves and every child is different," she explained. "And there's always Google. I'm living on Google for tips! It's all a learning curve. My mum raised me and she is the best mother I know, and even she had to relearn it [being a mother] all again."

Una and Ben tied the knot in 2012, after four years of dating, in a stunning ceremony in Una's native Ireland. The couple had welcomed their first child, a daughter Aoife Belle, just three months before. They also share a son, called Tadhg, who will be two in February.

Shortly after his birth, Ben explained the traditional Irish moniker during an interview with HELLO! magazine. "We were going over names for ages and I'd suggested Ty, which I really liked, when Una said, 'There's an Irish name that's very similar,'" he said. "As soon as she said it, I thought, 'That’s cool.' With Una being Irish and Aoife having a traditional Irish name, it seemed fitting."

Meanwhile, Una - who is focusing on a new solo career with debut single Stay My Love - also hailed her husband, saying he is a very "hands on" father. "I'm lucky that Ben is off this week so he's on full daddy daycare," she told MailOnline.

"When I'm away Ben sends me videos of the kids, like when he took them to McDonald's and got Aoife a Happy Meal… Aoife's going back to school and Tadhg is starting nursery so it will be very quiet in the house. They say enjoy them when they're young but they're growing up so fast."
