Katherine Heigl only welcomed her third child five weeks ago, but she already has plans for baby number four. "I still want more children," the 38-year-old actress told People magazine. "I'd get pregnant again, and I still am very inspired by adoption. I also have been thinking a lot about fostering." The Hollywood star and her husband Josh Kelley welcomed their first son Joshua Bishop Kelley Jr on 20 December; the couple are also parents to adopted daughters Adalaide, four, and Naleigh, eight.

Speaking about the dynamics of her family, Katherine confessed: "Nancy Leigh is my very, very smart, very compassionate, very big-hearted little gal. She's totally Mummy's little helper and loves being the big sister." The mother-of-three added: "Adalaide has so much just inherent self-esteem, which I am so proud of and so grateful for. When you're raising girls, you want them to be confident and you want them to love who they are. With Adalaide, I'm not gonna have any problems with that." [sic]
