Tamara Ecclestone has hit back at critics on Instagram with a powerful message after she posted a photo of herself breastfeeding two-year-old daughter Sophia in a glamorous photoshoot. The 32-year-old had shared the striking snap of herself at home with her adorable toddler, wearing a striking pink gown as she breastfed her little girl. Now, the star has shared a second previously unseen snap in which she is also breastfeeding Sophia, while wearing a gorgeous flowing pale green gown. In the accompanying caption, Tamara opened up about the "surprising" response she had received from online trolls, and explained that she was sharing the photos to "support and empower all mums".
"Find it a very sad and surprising sign of the times and the world we live in that the act of breast feeding your child evokes such hatred in so many bitter people," she wrote. "I am astonished that breast feeding mums get such a hard time as there is no reason why we should."

The British beauty posed for pictures with photographer Ivette Ivans. Tamara explained that breastfeeding is a personal choice, adding that she was not suggesting her choice to breastfeed was better than mothers who opt to feed their babies and toddlers with formula. "I would never ask someone when they will take away their toddlers bottle or follow on formula or cows milk or dummy or comforter," she said. "Nor do I judge those who choose to formula feed their children of give them cows milk."
