Jamie Oliver’s little boy River is a chip off the old block! The celebrity chef shared the most glorious Instagram photograph of his little boy getting involved in the process of making dinner on Thursday, 9 February. In the black and white snap River is looking intently at a frying pay being held by his dad, while dressed in a cute onesie.
“Gotta start them young!.” the proud dad captioned the gorgeous photograph. “Bless baby River he's so fascinated by the cooking,” he added. HELLO! caught up with Jamie, 41, the night before at the opening of his new restaurant Barbecoa in Piccadilly. We asked how he managed to juggle his busy career as a chef and his life as a parent of five!

"Since Poppy was born, I just have to start at five, finish at 10 at night, Monday to Friday," he told HELLO!. "I have my structured holidays, my structured weekends, and I try to be a good boss and a good dad." Another tip from the food guru? "If you want to do lots of things well, surround yourself by amazing women, end of story!" he added, in a nod to his wife, Jools.
The star also opened up about his family in an exclusive interview for HELLO! magazine just before Christmas. "River is really good now, so we're relieved. Sleep deprivation is hard. But it's a dream now. We're like teenagers all of a sudden. We just need to get River into a bit more of a routine before we leave the house. Having time alone with Jools is the rarest thing."
