Giovanna Fletcher has opened up about the adorable two sons she shares with husband Tom. Speaking in our exclusive video, the HELLO! Online blogger admitted that when she welcomed her first son Buzz back in 2014, she felt completely overwhelmed. "I can remember when Buzz was really, really small and just finding it really overwhelming," said Giovanna. "It was a completely new stage in my life and all Buzz could do was cry, and I just felt like I didn't have a maternal bone in my body. I just didn't know what I was doing and I think if someone else had told me that that's perfectly normal and that everyone goes through it, I'd have felt a lot calmer."

Giovanna, who has just published her book Happy Mum, Happy Baby, said: "If I can make a handful of mums feel like they're not alone then that's great." The author said that she decided to be so open in her book to help other mums. "I think sharing and being honest as a mum is the best thing you could ever give to other people, other mums in particular," she said.

"In the book I just thought, 'Let's just share it. Let's just get it all out there and if I don't like it at the end, if I think I don't want to put that in, if I don't feel comfortable people knowing that, then I can just take it out.' And actually I got to the end and I thought I want all of it in there, because that's the complete picture."

She added: "The point of my book is to let people know that we're all in it together, and that we're all struggling. I just think we all feel judged and we all feel like we're failing all the time, and we're not, we're getting it right because we care."
