Emma Willis has opened up about her third child Trixie, calling her baby daughter "perfect". The TV presenter chatted about her little ones during an appearance on Loose Women, and how she and her husband Matt Willis decided to have third child together. She said: "It was all lovely. We were sleeping again. They got on brilliantly and we had a lovely little even number. But then I was getting to 40 and my mum was 40 when she had my sister and it was her third and I probably thought I'd be the same because I'm obsessed with my mum. She's amazing." The proud mum spoke about her baby daughter, revealing that she is the "perfect child". "She has just slotted in but because I know this is my last," she admitted. "I'm taking every single little bit in because I know I won’t do it again."

The mum to three children – daughter Isabelle, eight, son Ace, six, and ten-month-old Trixie – added: "I was getting to 40 and I felt like I had just got 'me' back. The kids had gone to school and I had a bit of me time again which I felt like I hadn't had for seven years. Because I thought it doesn't matter really. If we can have one more and it's what we want and God willing it happens, then why am I worrying about, 'oh I'm going to the gym again! I feel great!' because I can do that in another few years. There's no comparison really."

The host of The Voice has previously spoken about getting back into shape after giving birth to Trixie in an interview with HELLO! She said: "I had a goal. This was happening and I wanted to look my best for it but I've never been one to jump into fitness straight after having a baby. I always say if you grow it for nine months it should take that time at least to go back to normal. I smashed it for six weeks. I worked full on and I've never really done that before. I've always dipped in and out and stayed active, but I properly had a schedule, and a routine, and it worked!"
