Tess Holliday posted a beautiful snap of herself with her baby son to Instagram, and spoke candidly about her struggle with motherhood at the time when the photo was taken. The gorgeous photo shows the plus-sized model breastfeeding her second son, Bowie Juniper, and she captioned the picture: " I found this photo on my phone now from September of last year & it gave me so many feels. This photo was taken at my dear friends @honeywoodvintage @charlieoverbey home during a dark time in my life."

Tess opened up about struggling with motherhood

She went on to describe how difficult she had been finding motherhood for a second time. "I was an emotional mess and struggling to find my way as a new mum again," she wrote. "When I looked at this photo a wave of sadness poured over me, but now I only see my tiny bubs nursing & Sweetie looking on like a nervous new mom. Life is messy, love is complicated, & it can all feel so overwhelming but we grow & learn. I'm so grateful for my life & appreciate it all, even if I can't always see the light at the end... it's there. Promise."

The inspirational mum-of-two regularly shares snaps of her children on social media, and recently posted a photo of herself cuddling little Bowie, writing: "My cheeky boy loves to cuddle now, and I'm 100 here for that. Thanks for capturing this brief moment Papa," accompanied by a love heart emoji.
