Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch

The New Year couldn't have started any better for Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch. On 3 January, the couple welcomed their third child together, a little boy. Abbey, 31, confirmed the happy news on her Instagram account, sharing an adorable black-and-white of her tiny newborn son. "Baby Johnny Crouch born 3/1/18 7lb2 5.15pm. So in love with our baby boy happy healthy and beautiful xx," she wrote.

Ore Oduba and Portia

Ore Oduba and his wife Portia welcomed a bouncing baby boy in January! The Strictly Come Dancing 2016 champion shared a photo of himself holding his newborn baby son on Instagram, and captioned the beautiful snap: "Cannot find the words to describe this feeling... Just thank you God for our little blessing. His mum is simply my hero. 09.01.18 the best day in our tiny family's life. Roman, you are our world... and the world is all yours."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

Kim and Kanye's third child - Chicago was born via a surrogate on 15 January and the world got to meet her a few weeks later when she made her on-screen debut in a guest appearance during aunt Kylie Jenner's birth announcement video. 

Chi's (pronounced 'shy') birth was announced via Kim's website: "Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl," the proud mother confirmed at the time. "We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister."

Danny and Georgia Jones

Danny Jones and his wife Georgia welcomed their first son into the world on 27 January and just weeks later, the couple shared the first pictures of them as a family with HELLO! The couple spoke of their "overwhelming love" and revealed the dramatic story of his arrival. "It is just crazy that you can create this life, it is just an overload of love," Danny told HELLO! of Cooper Alf Jones. "I keep looking at him and going we created him, we created those ears, those fingers, those toes...." The singer songwriter and McFly band member has taken to being a daddy like a natural. "It just melts my heart to see them together. As soon as Cooper was born and he went straight on to Danny’s chest, he was in bits," says new mum Georgia.

Aston Merrygold and Sarah Lou Richards

The former Strictly Come Dancing star and his fiancée welcomed their first child together on 30 January. Proud new father Aston, 29, confirmed the happy news on his Instagram account, sharing the very first photo of the new arrival – a baby boy, named Grayson. He wrote: "Grayson Jax Merrygold 30/01/2018 @sarahlourichards life is now complete." The new parents were quickly inundated with messages of congratulations from fans and celebrity friends, including fellow Strictly star Alexandra Burke, who wrote: "This has made my day! So happy for you both." Charlotte Hawkins added: "Ahhhhh big congratulations Aston!!", while Kimberly Wyatt said: "Big congrats! Wow!! Welcome to the parent club!"

The Breaking Bad actor and his wife Lauren welcomed their first child together in February. The proud parents announced the news on their Instagram, with Lauren captioning a sweet image of her little girl: "There are no words that will ever be able to explain what just happened to my heart." A few days later the duo revealed their daughter's unusual name, Story Annabelle Paul.

Michael Phelps and Nicole Johnson

Michael Phelps and wife Nicole are now a proud family of four. The couple announced the arrival of their second child, a little boy called Beckett Richard Phelps, on 13 February. The 32-year-old professional swimmer took to his Instagram page to share the first picture of his newborn son. "Magical moments yesterday," he captioned the snap. "Nicole and I would like to introduce Beckett Richard Phelps to the world!

"We had a healthy baby boy and a healthy mama. I truly do feel like the happiest man in the world. Being able to build our family to now 4 (6 with doggies) is so incredible!" He also added the hashtag #familyof4now.

Coleen and Wayne Rooney

And then there were four boys! The couple welcomed a baby boy named Cass Mac on 15 February, with the proud mum taking to social media to announce the exciting news. Coleen shared a post on Twitter, writing: "So Happy to welcome our Baby Boy .... Cass Mac Rooney into the world weighing a healthy 8lb 10oz. He is beautiful." Fans were quick to note that Coleen had broken her tradition of giving each of her children a name beginning with the letter K. The couple already share eight-year-old Kai, four-year-old Klay and Kit, two.

The Keeping up With the Kardashians star surprised the whole world when she announced the safe arrival of her first child – a baby daughterKylie confirmed the news on Instagram revealing that she had giving birth to a girl on 1 February at 4:43pm and the new born weighed 8lbs 9oz. The 20-year-old was notoriously private about her pregnancy, choosing not to confirm that she was expecting.

Just days later and after much speculation, the new mum revealed her unique name - Stormi.

Robin Thicke and April Love Geary

The happy couple welcomed their first child together at the end of February– a baby girl called Mia Love. Proud dad Robin announced the happy news on his Instagram, positing a sweet video of himself cradling his newborn daughter in the hospital, surrounded by pink balloons and flowers. He captioned the footage: "On 2/22 at 13:33 Mia Love Thicke was born. Thank you God and April Love!"
