She may be busy with Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals, but Katie Piper showed that family always comes first in a sweet Instagram post on Thursday. The mum-of-two revealed she was spending some quality time with her daughter Belle before bedtime, helping the four-year-old to learn how to read.
The 34-year-old posted a snap of herself and Belle holding hands while looking at her new book, called Little Monkey. "B is learning to read and came home from school with a new book. Time for bedtime story, so amazing seeing her moving on to the next stage in her childhood," Katie captioned the post, adding a heart emoji.

Many of Katie's fans praised her for being a hands-on mother, as well as taking the opportunity to wish her luck for her second performance with dance partner Gorka Marquez on Saturday. The pair have been hard at work in training for the last few weeks, and on Saturday will take on the Paso Doble to Demi Lovato's Confident, which is set to show a different side to Katie's personality.

Gorka owned up to his mistake, saying: "Yeah, I think I got the wrong step," prompting host Zoe Ball to remark: "Gorka!" Jokingly, Katie chipped in: "Yeah, he ruined the dance." Taking it in his stride, Gorka added: "Sorry. It was my fault. Sorry. And I'm a pro dancer." To which Zoe assured: "It's alright, he's been punished."
