Millie Mackintosh shared a clever parenting trick with her Instagram followers on Wednesday as she prepared to put baby Sienna down for a nap - and it's so clever!

In a video posted to her Instagram Stories, the new mum could be seen carefully tying the bottom of her daughter's sleepsuit which was from Aden and Anais. Unlike traditional baby grows, the cute pink floral clothing - known as a snuggle knit gown - doesn't have trouser legs, instead offering easy-access for nappy changes.

Millie revealed another super-useful aspect of the one-size-fits-all design is the protective fold-over gloves that help prevent accidental injuries while Sienna sleeps. "It ties at the bottom and also folds over Sienna's hands which stops her from scratching her face," she explained. The 30-year-old went on to say that she loves her gifted gown so much that she wants to get hold of it in every colour. Millie and her husband Hugo Taylor welcomed their first daughter on 1 May, and Millie opened up to HELLO! about her positive birth experience. The former Made In Chelsea star had a planned Caesarean after the couple found out at 28 weeks that their baby daughter was in the breech position.

"All I remember is my classical playlist in the background, a lot of things going on; then, before I knew it, someone was handing me my baby. When I first saw her, I cried. I remember thinking: 'Oh my God, this is really real.' Even though you've been carrying a baby for nine months, you still can't quite believe it until you meet her. I definitely felt a surge of love in that moment."
She also recently shared a picture taken moments after Sienna was born, which showed Millie on the operating table cradling her new daughter, while Hugo gazed upon their new arrival as he planted a gentle kiss on Millie's head.
