Although she didn't experience it while pregnant with daughters Alaia-Mai and Valentina, her third pregnancy has proven to be quite different.
The This Morning star took to her Instagram Stories to reveal she may have even contributed to her painful symptoms on Monday night after she made a homemade dinner that likely triggered her heartburn.
"Our no cream creamy tomato soup coming right up," Rochelle wrote as she fried onions and roasted tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil.

The This Morning star's tomato soup may have contributed to her heartburn!
"GREAT idea on that homemade soup ay Roch," she captioned the photo, before adding: "Quite literally couldn't have consumed any more." Luckily, her husband Marvin came to the rescue, picking up Gaviscon on his way home from work.
So between general acidic foods and pregnancy symptoms, we imagine it wasn't a very pleasant evening for Rochelle! The 31-year-old did manage to find light in the situation, joking that her heartburn could indicate what her baby boy will look like when he arrives.
Rochelle is set to welcome her third child this month
"The heartburn that's happening...if this baby doesn't enter the world with a full fro I'm gonna be livid," she wrote, referring to the assumption that it is linked to babies being born with a mop of hair.
Rochelle recently told her followers that she has made the decision to isolate at her home for the foreseeable future, at least until her son is born, in order to stay safe amid the coronavirus crisis – but it's not as easy as she expected.
"I'm not good at this isolation stuff, I'm used to being out and about and I'm just a bit bored," she explained on Tuesday. She even enjoys dropping her daughters to school at 7:30 in the morning as it gives her an excuse to leave the house!
