Gigi Hadid has been enjoying every minute of being a new mum since welcoming her baby daughter in September.
The model's fans are hoping to see a photo of the new arrival in the not-so-distant future, and many had to do a double-take after the star shared a baby photo on Instagram over the weekend.

Gigi had posted a sweet throwback photo of herself as a little girl with a then baby Bella Hadid, to mark her 24th birthday.
However, fans thought at first glance that the baby in question was in fact Gigi's daughter.

"I thought it was Zigi baby," one wrote in the comments, while another added: "I so thought this was Gigi's baby." A third remarked: "For a minute I was like it's Zigi baby!"

A fourth responded: "I thought it was her baby though I know it's better if they keep her private, a photo of her hand would be enough."

While fans are hoping to see a first photo of Gigi and Zayn's baby, the couple may choose to keep their daughter out of the spotlight, a practice that many other celebrities follow, including Miranda Kerr and Jennifer Garner.

In Gigi's birthday post to her sister over the weekend, the new mum made reference to her daughter, sweetly referring to her younger sibling as "Aunty Bella".

Gigi and Zayn are planning on raising their child for the first few months at the model's family's home in Pennsylvania, where they can enjoy complete privacy.
However, Gigi also has a beautiful apartment in New York, and will no doubt spend a lot of time there too.

The star recently shared a glimpse inside her baby's colourful nursery, revealing that there is a handmade baby mobile and a beautiful canvas by artist Austyn, who gifted it to Gigi following her baby's arrival.
