The 34 year old took to Instagram to share the news with fans that she has already shared injections to "stimulate follicles" as the pair begin the process of considering having children. "Just left my fertility doctor. Things are happening faster than I thought. I'm actually starting my injections tonight to stimulate my follicles and my eggs to get me ready for the retrieval, which should be happening in about two weeks," she shared in a video to fans.

The realtor added that she would be injecting "two different shots tonight and every day for the next week and a half", and although she admitted that she may not show that side of the treatment because it's a "little invasive" she would be happy to "talk through the process".
She already has six eggs "on ice" but previously shared that she would be having her blood work checked to keep an eye on levels.

The reality star had noted that "in the past, I had low fertility and low egg count" and so she is freezing her embryos to prepare for all eventualities.
Tarek, 40, is already a dad to two children - daughter Taylor, 11, and six-year-old son Brayden - whom he welcomed with ex-wife Christina Haack.

However, although Heather has opened up in the past about her decision not to have children, in November Tarek shared that spending time with his children had changed her mind.
"Before, she was never around kids, and now she's raising Taylor and Braydon with me," he revealed.
"And we have them [half the time] so she's full-on 'mom life,' and she's realizing she can do it. And she loves it."
The pair wed on 23 October in front of 150 guests in Montecito, California.
The blended family recited vows to each other at Tarek and Heather's wedding
Heather told People magazine that she couldn't stop crying in the moments before she walked down the aisle, bawling in her father's arms because she was "more nervous than I've ever been in my life".
"Walking down the aisle with my dad was always a dream of mine," Heather added.
"I hate that I'm saying this, but I wanted him to see me walk down the aisle and become a wife before he passes away. It was a very special moment to me, because I never knew I was going to find my soulmate.
"And I know my parents want nothing more than for me to be with a man that protects me and loves me like Tarek does. Having my dad walk me down the aisle and hand me off to my husband was everything."
