Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith's marriage has come into the spotlight once again as the latter has spoken publicly about the current state of their relationship and their separation, following the publication of Jada's memoir Worthy. This comes over a year after Will Smith's slap of comedian Chris Rock shocked the world as he defended his wife following an ill-timed joke at the 94th Academy Awards.
Jada revealed that the star couple have been separated since 2016, but they have no plans to formally divorce. She also explained that they were in the process of “healing the relationship” so they could get back to being life partners.
While they might be "living separately", the couple have two children together, Jaden and Willow, whilst Will has a son, Trey, from his first marriage to Sheree Zampino.
The family are one talented bunch, famed for their acting roles and music-making.

Will and Jada's kids are all grown up. Will's oldest son, Trey, born November 11th 1992 in Los Angeles, will turn 31 this year. Meanwhile his son with Jada Pinkett Smith, Jaden, is 25 years old, born in Malibu on July 8th 1998. Willow is their youngest child and only daughter, born October 31st 2000 in Los Angeles, meaning this year she will turn 23 years old.

Willow Camille Reign Smith is better known as simply 'Willow' in her professional career of acting and singing.
She first shot to fame in 2010 with her first single Whip My Hair, which went platinum. However, prior to this Willow had already gained some notoriety for starring in her father's movie I Am Legend in 2007.

In 2015, Willow's success only grew as she successfully got herself a modelling contract with the New York-based modelling agency The Society Management. Since then, the stylish star has continued to focus mostly on her musical career, and has had a string of hit singles and albums to prove she was no one-hit wonder back in 2010.
At age 19, Willow bought herself a chic waterfront apartment in Malibu for $3.1million, which boasts over 2,000 square feet of space with a modern interior. In 2022, she adopted an adorable little pup named Korn.
In 2021, Time magazine named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world. She also made the 2022 Forbes 30 Under 20 list. Pretty impressive stuff! Later in October 2022 Willow released her fifth studio album, Coping Mechanism.

Continuing her obvious interest in all things artistic and creative, the singer has developed a passion for body art after getting her first tattoo aged 20. Willow recently unveiled a new inking that stretched from her left shoulder all the way down to her elbow. It featured an arm with the palm of the hand appearing to grab at black swirls that almost look like coded lettering.
Clearly happy with tattoo artist Raymond Jimenez's handy work, Willow captioned the image on her Instagram page: "My manzz <@rayjtattoo> did it AGAIN!!"
On her 22nd birthday in 2022, Will and Jada celebrated Willow's special day by posting an adorable throwback baby photo of their daughter celebrating her Halloween birthday in style.
Who is Will Smith's son Jaden Smith?
Jaden Christopher Syre Smith, like his sister, is also known solely by his first name 'Jaden'.
The successful rapper and actor made his film debut in 2006 alongside his dad in The Pursuit of Happiness. He's also appeared in films After Earth, The Day the Earth Stood Still and The Karate Kid, as well as starring in Netflix shows The Get Down and Neo Yokio.

Jaden released his first album Syre in 2017 and following two more albums, received a Grammy for Album of the Year in 2021 as a featured artist on Justin Bieber's album Justice.
Jaden made headlines for asking his parents if he could become an emancipated minor at the age of 15 on his birthday. An emancipated minor is when a minor is legally freed from the control of their parents.
Will Smith revealed how he felt his son must have felt "betrayed" by him after it was Will who had "coached" him during their time acting in After Earth together.
"After Earth was an abysmal box office and critical failure, and what was worse was that Jaden took the hit," the actor admitted in his memoir, Will. "Fans and the press were absolutely vicious; they said and printed things about Jaden that I refuse to repeat. Jaden had faithfully done everything that I'd instructed him to do, and I had coached him.

"We never discussed it, but I know he felt betrayed. He felt misled, and he lost his trust in my leadership," the father-of-three-continued.
"At fifteen years old, when Jaden asked about being an emancipated minor, my heart shattered. He ultimately decided against it, but it sucks to feel like you've hurt your kids."
Like his sister, Jaden is also known for his modelling. His 2016 campaign with Louis Vuitton where he wore a skirt received a lot of attention. Jaden responded to it saying he was combating bullying: "In five years, when a kid goes to school wearing a skirt, he won't get beat up and kids won't get mad at him," he said.

Willard Carroll "Trey" Smith II is Will's son from his previous marriage to actress Sheree Zampino. The couple split in 1995.

Trey, 30, also got the performing gene from his star father. He has appeared in his dad's music video for Just the Two of Us, as well as acted in US sitcom All of Us and appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

While Trey's relationship with his father was sometimes strained in the years immediately following his parents' divorce, Trey is clearly close to his half-siblings. A budding DJ as well as actor, in 2012 he collaborated with both Jaden and Willow on a song called 'Find You Somewhere'.
In June 2021, Trey shared a photo on his Instagram page of himself with his dad and half brother and sister Jaden and Willow, writing: "Fam Forever. Happy Father’s Day My Awesome Father @c.syresmith @willowsmith @willsmith."
More recently, Trey appeared at the 2022 Oscars after-party with his extended family, and posted photos of the group on social media.
