When hosting a Q&A on her Instagram channel, one curious fan quizzed: "Did any of your babies wake up multiple times a night? If so, what helped?"

To that Helen candidly replied: "Charlie has a great routine now. Bed at seven he sleeps through in his cot, wakes up at seven and naps at one. I haven't had the waking up in the night, but Charlie is my only baby that wanted to sleep on his own. The girls still sleep with me after me doing their room so lovely for them [laughing face and love heart emoji]."

At six and three years old, the girls are old enough for their own rooms, but they seem to prefer spending sleep time with mummy!

It turns out that Helen's fiancé Scott isn't part of the co-sleeping though as in an earlier post the star revealed that she feels like "flatmates" because they don't share a bed. However, she did go on to explain that she was planning on doing up their bedroom so they could reunite and "share a bed" after seven whole years apart.

The actress is often commended for her unfiltered honesty about mum life – including the bad parts as well as the good ones.

Recently, Helen stopped breast feeding one-year-old Charlie, and the busy mum spoke out about her "emotional" experience. "Stopping nursing can be quite emotional, there is no right or wrong, I just think happy mummy, happy baby. I wanted to stop feeding as I just felt I wanted my body back to normal, I wanted more independence and I felt it was better for Charlie for his eating during the day. I suppose as mums all we can do is our best," she said.
