Alex Jones is a doting mum to three children, including her youngest, lookalike daughter Annie, and often shares sweet glimpses into her family life, but she's also honest about the fact that motherhood isn't always easy.
Following one of her pregnancies, in fact, the presenter confessed that she had some breastfeeding trouble after going back to work on The One Show, calling the situation "a nightmare".
Alex revealed on an episode of the Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast in 2018 that she struggled to breastfeed eldest son Teddy while working on the BBC programme just three months after welcoming her first baby.

The candid star admitted: "I went back too soon. I was still trying to feed going back to work. After the meeting I'd try and express, then go into the rehearsal, and go back and try and express a little bit more, and my milk was in the fridge with all the food being given to the guests.
"I was like, 'This is not working and this is a nightmare'".
The presenter, who shares Teddy, now five, Kit, three, and one-year-old Annie with her husband, Charlie Thompson, has recently opened up about the fact that her family had been through some struggles due to her husband's health conditions.

However, the couple enjoyed a romantic break together earlier this month for Alex's birthday, with the star sharing some lovely snapshots of their time in Amsterdam on social media.
In one sweet photo, a beaming Alex could be seen getting a big kiss on the cheek from her beloved. Another photo saw the pair pulling faces as they posed for a black-and-white photo while enjoying a drink by the canal.
She captioned the shot: "Thank you so much for all the birthday messages. Kicked off a brand new year wandering around the canals in Amsterdam in the sunshine with my favourite adult."
