Prince William and Princess Kate don't let their senior royal status get in the way of showing public displays of love towards their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Their hands-on methods and physical displays of affection have often caught the attention of royal fans, who have praised the Prince and Princess of Wales' nurturing approach to parenting. Most recently, a clip of father-of-three William out with a young George and Charlotte resurfaced online - and royals fans couldn't help but notice the way the Prince comforted his daughter. Can you spot the adorable moment in the clip below?
The video, which went viral on Instagram this week after it was shared by a royal fan account, is from the Sandringham Half Marathon back in 2021. The Prince of Wales was joined by Prince George and Princess Charlotte as they wished the runners good luck ahead of their 13.1mile run on the royal Sandringham Estate.
Princess Charlotte, who was just six at the time, looked timid and shy as she approached the microphone. William was quick to comfort his little girl, stroking her hair and placing a hand on her back to steady her nerves.

Royal fans were quick to comment on the adorable father-daughter moment. "Just love the way he pats her. Comforting!" said one fan, as another wrote: "William is such a loving dad," and a third agreed: "He's such a loving and effective father."
A fourth fan penned: "He looks like the best daddy! I’ve never seen a video where [the Prince and Princess of Wales'] precious babies ever looked stressed or uncomfortable while being with them. Of course all kiddos act up when they’re little, but you can just tell how loved, protected, and valued they are by their parents and other family members."
