Simon Cowell became a first-time father after welcoming a bouncing baby boy in 2014, and after nine years, he's hoping to give his son Eric a sibling! Delivering an unexpected update, the America's Got Talent star told The Sun that he'd love to have another baby with his fiancee, Lauren Silverman, 45.
"Just two days ago I was thinking, 'It would be nice to have another.'" he said. "Being a dad is the best thing that's ever happened to me. I love every second I spend with him. So then I'm thinking the next step is he's going to be a teenager. Those years when they're young — I had such an amazing experience all through those years, and I was thinking about it probably because of that."

Simon continued: "Eric has got a lot of friends and we do a lot of things together as a family. But you never know with kids if they're happy being on their own or how would he feel if there was another one? So look, will it happen? I don't know. But I would love another kid. I really like being a dad."
While Simon is unsure as to whether Eric would like a younger sibling, the nine-year-old already shares a close bond with his half-brother – and Simon's stepson – Adam, 17.
The siblings have been spotted holidaying together on several occasions, even wearing matching swim shorts on a family trip to Barbados, and they also enjoy family picnics and cycling jaunts together. While Lauren's son Adam, whom she shares with ex Andrew Silverman, typically keeps out of the spotlight, the family have been pictured together on occasion.
Just last week the family celebrated Easter by hosting a party at their home. Lauren and Simon previously threw an Easter bash in 2021, so it looks like it's becoming something of a tradition! In a new photo shared by a family friend, Terri Seymour, Adam and Eric could be seen posing together, with Adam resting his hands on his little brother's shoulders – so sweet!
