Frida Redknapp frequently melts the hearts of her followers as she shares plenty of photos of her young son, Raphael as he continues to grow up within the blended family that she shares with husband Jamie Redknapp.

On Tuesday, the star shared a beautiful clip of her young son as he enjoyed a spot of lunch, which you can see in the video below. The young man looked adorable as he enjoyed a meal that consisted of pancakes, banana, strawberries and a dollop of yogurt. Following in his mum's stylish footsteps, the young tot styled out a baby-blue jumper, as evidenced by the sleeve seen in the video.

Frida was almost at a loss for words and it was clear her heart had melted as she enthused: "Those little hands."

The adorable video gave a small insight into Raphael's eating habits, which Frida had opened up about earlier in the month, revealing that her young son was not a fan of fish.

Despite his dislike, Frida had still found a nifty way to cook him up a fish curry, that thankfully he enjoyed.

In her caption, Frida walked followers through the recipe, as she penned: "Super simple fish curry. I usually serve it to the whole family. Rapha isn't a massive fan of fish, but this dish he likes. Yay."

She continued: "Today I chose cod and salmon fillets. I fried on low heat, the fish chunks in a bit of oil (you can use coconut oil, rapeseed oil or sunflower oil depending on your preference) then I added 2tbsp tomato purée, a home-made spice mix of (if you want it very mild just lower the amount: 1.5 tsp garam masala, 2tsp mild curry powder, 1tsp paprika, 1tsp cumin, 1tsp turmeric, finely chopped garlic, and a bit of black pepper.

"If you want to add some salt, that is up to you. Then I added a can of coconut milk, chopped potatoes (small pieces), frozen peas (I used edamames as I've run out of regular peas). Let it simmer for 15min or so. Add a bit of water if it looks too thick. Serve with rice of your choice."
