Hilary Swank may have just given birth to her twins with husband Philip Schneider, but she is already reminiscing about her time being pregnant, which she says was "one of her favorite moments."
Days after announcing the birth of her twins, a girl and a boy, on April 9, the actress took to Instagram to share a never before seen glimpse of a special maternity shoot she did when she was 27½ weeks pregnant.
À la Demi Moore circa 1991, the star posed nude for an intimate black-and-white portrait.

For the beautiful shot, Hilary opted for a total au-naturel look, cradling her growing bump with one hand, the other covering her chest. She is wearing little to no make-up, and her hair is styled in soft waves.
"Thank you @brianbowensmith for capturing one of my favorite moments in time, being pregnant," she wrote, adding: "Next to having my babies earth-side and meeting and marrying my husband."

She noted to the photographer: "Your extraordinary talent and steadfast friendship are supreme," who then replied in the comments with: "Such a beautiful existence. It truly is the honor of a lifetime to share this with you. I love you."
The photograph was received with loads of praise from Hilary's fans, who took to the comments section under the post and wrote: "I love when beautiful moments such as this are captured. Congratulations Momma. Wishing you many more extraordinary moments!" and: "What a treasure," as well as: "Beautiful! Congratulations on the birth of your twins!" plus another fan added: "Breathtaking."

She subsequently received congratulatory messages from plenty of fellow celebrities, including Mariska Hargitay, Julianne Hough, Sharon Stone, Lindsay Lohan, Kate Hudson, Katie Couric and more.
