This past weekend was a big one for Tana Ramsay’s daughter Megan - and her mum was there supporting her all the way. The 24-year-old daughter of Tana and her husband Gordon Ramsay was running the London Marathon on Sunday, April 23, and proud mum Tana helped her prepare.
Tana did Meg’s hair in plaits ahead of the 26.2-mile race, which Meg ran to raise funds for Great Ormand Street Hospital. And the preparation session clearly brought back memories of times gone by.
Posting a sweet good luck message on Instagram along with a picture of Meg’s perfectly-done hair, Tana wrote: “Doing Meg’s hair in French plaits reminded me of getting her ready for school all those years ago… Best of luck Meg for @tcslondonmarathon running for @greaterormondst xxxx”
Tana signed off my tagging her husband Gordon into the sweet post, which was flooded with messages of support from friends and followers. “Good luck Meg, amazing,” wrote Jamie Oliver’s wife Jools along with an explosion and heart emoji.

Fans are delighted that Tana seems to be posting more regularly on social media, after a little break at the start of the year. The mum-of-five shared updates earlier this month about son Oscar’s fourth birthday - posting a series of cute pics of the little boy with the caption: “4 already - wow where has that gone!!! 4 years of loving you, you crazy clever little boy - love you endlessly.
And there was a hilarious and sweet update from the blond little boy’s birthday party of him snoozing in the restaurant, mid-celebration. “4th birthday dinner, it’s exhausting. Anything past 7, still can’t handle,” read the caption. Aww, bless.
