Gemma Atkinson is a doting mother to her two children, Mia, three, and baby Thiago, and on Wednesday she revealed the sweet way her daughter is following in her and her fiance, Gorka Marquez's, footsteps.
The former Strictly Come Dancing contestant took to her Instagram Stories with a clip showing her mid-workout session. As she was looking at the chalkboard she has in her lavish home gym, she was stopped in her tracks as not only had Gorka written out his workout from earlier in the day, but Mia's own little workout had been written on the board. Gemma and Gorka have always had an active lifestyle and Mia has previously shown a keen interest in copying her parents' exercises. On Gemma's Instagram feed, she has a post pinned where she filmed herself showing Mia how to lift a child's barbell.
She also made the sweetest revelation about her little girl in the caption which read: "Every Saturday we spend time in the gym. She asks questions, she watches, she learns, she grows. I hope you always want to train with me Mia," alongside a red love heart emoji.
That video was shared back in August last year and it's safe to say Mia has been so inspired by her mum. "Love this so much. Well done Mia! Xxx" One fan replied. A second added: "You're teaching her right, she's gorgeous."
The touching post followed a sweet new photo of Mia and her baby brother as they headed out on a walk in the autumn sunshine with their adoring parents on Wednesday.

In a separate clip, adoring dad, Gorka Marquez could be seen pushing Thiago in a pram whilst Mia held on tightly with her feet on a raised buggy platform.
Captioning the post, Gemma penned: "Autumn strolls," alongside a slew of relevant emojis. Friends and fans couldn't wait to comment on the sweet post.
"How lovely to see you all together an a chill day on a walk xx," one fan penned alongside a heart eyes emoji. "Such a beautiful family nice to see you out all together," a second penned, alongside a love heart emoji.
