On holiday in Scotland
So cute! The young princes dress in matching lemon shorts and white tops for their plane trip to Scotland in August 1986. Little Harry gets a helping hand from mum with the tricky steps as they leave the plane.

Now that's a good family cuddle. Here we see the late Princess and her young sons sitting together while on holiday with the Spanish royals. The snap was taken at the Marivent Palace in Palma de Mallorca back in August 1987.
A trip to the circus
Another fun trip for the three royals as they dress up in their finery for a visit to the children's circus, Le Cirque du Soleil, back in August 1990.
Skiing together!

What a blast! We loved seeing Diana let loose and get soaked on a water ride with William and Harry back in 1993. The trio looked like they were having the best time at Thorpe Park near London.

What fun! The royal trio looked so cosy as they enjoyed a sleigh ride together in Austria in 1993. The princes' nanny Olga Powell and police bodyguard Trevor Bettles sat in the back.
At Niagara Falls
Diana, William and Harry donned the obligatory waterproof jackets for their trip to tourist spot Niagara Falls in Canada in 1997. The mum and sons took a ride on the Maid of the Mist cruiser to get a closer look at the amazing waterfall.
