Cameron Diaz wows in a make-up free photo on her new book cover

The photo, which Cameron shared on her Instagram page, sees a close-up of the star looking as fresh-faced as ever, her famous blonde locks swept back to flaunt her healthy and glowing skin.

"HELLO Again, Ladies! I am so excited I can barely contain myself!! As soon as I saw it myself, I wanted to share with you the cover of THE LONGEVITY BOOK," Cameron wrote to her 1.9 million followers. "I am so proud of this book and very much looking forward to engaging us all in a new conversation about aging–how to do it with strength, grace, health and wisdom.

"I also wanted to thank you again for your beautiful submissions, which we’ll eventually get to show you as part of the cover beyond the cover; a perfect representation of women standing beside other women, as a united front, to stage change and incite progress. I can’t wait until hard copies hit the stands in April so we can really get started!! #thelongevitybook #theprivilegeoftime @thebodybook ox, Cameron."

The star has been encouraging her fans to embrace the signs of ageing

It's not the first time the The Other Woman star has wowed her fans with her gorgeous natural beauty. Just a few weeks ago Cameron caused a social media meltdown when she shared a no make-up selfie on Instagram, flashing her world-famous smile.

The blonde beauty encouraged women around the world to post similar photos of themselves on the social media app, to embrace positive body image when ageing.

"We would like for you to feel represented again, this time to show where you are in your process of aging. So we invite you to take a picture of yourself. It should look much like the one I have here; against a plain background, this general framing-you can crop closer to a portrait, and the higher-def the better!" she explained.
