Justin Bieber has had a jam-packed schedule in recent weeks after embarking on his Purpose World Tour, so it comes as no surprise that the 22-year-old made the most of some rare downtime on Thursday. The Love Yourself hitmaker was spotted enjoying a triple massage backstage at a show.

Justin's friend John Shahidi posted a photo on Instagram of the pop singer resting while receiving hand, head and feet massages. "Very nice," John simply captioned the snap.
The Sorry singer also indulged in a spot of cupping therapy, an ancient practice in which cups are placed on skin to create suction – this is believed to mobilise blood flow resulting in the healing of overall body pain.
Justin himself took to Instagram a few hours later to show his 63.6 million followers the circular marks left on his torso.
The heartthrob caused quite the social media frenzy when he posted the selfie in which he showed off his toned physique, wearing shorts and a cap. "My body looks like eyes nose and mouth," he quipped in the caption.

No doubt Justin will be trying to relax as often as he can during his 114-show tour. The Canadian pop star revealed on Tuesday that he will not be doing anymore meet-and-greets at his concerts in order to save his emotional energy, announcing the news in a lengthy Instagram post alongside a photo of himself with a young fan.
"I enjoy meeting such incredible people but I end up feeling so drained and filled with so much of other people's spiritual energy that I end up so drained and unhappy," he wrote. "Want to make people smile and happy but not at my expense and I always leave feelingmentally and emotionally exhausted to the point of depression.
"The pressure of meeting people's expectations of what I’m supposed to be is so much for me to handle and a lot on my shoulders. Never want to disappoint but I fell I would rather give you guys the show and my albums as promised. Can't tell you how sorry I am, and wish it wasn't so hard on me… and I want to stay in the healthy mindset I'm in to give you the best show you have ever seen."
