Jennifer Aniston revealed the beauty trick she picked up during Friends
"I discovered the oxygen facial when I was doing Friends," the We're The Millers actress told Refinery 29. "My make-up artist had her own little oxygen tank, and before we'd go into hair and make-up for the show she'd give us a ten-minute little facial."
Jennifer confessed that she was impressed with the way the treatments kept her skin in great condition, so she has continued to try and fit them in where she can amidst her hectic schedule.
"I do love oxygen facials when I can get to them," she admitted. "I think they're very good for us, our skin."
The star regularly wows fans with her radiant complexion
It's not the first time that the actress, who is married to Justin Theroux, has shared some of her top tips for a radiant complexion. Jennifer seems to stick to a relatively simple yet effective routine, focusing more on her overall lifestyle rather than turning to specific products.
"I've said this before but it's the truth – I really think hydration is so important… and sleep!" she admitted during an interview with Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle website.
