He then explained his unusual method for applying his face creams, admitting that he prefers to apply the product directly from the bottle to his face, in a method he has named the 'Direct Application Technique' or 'D.A.T'. His beauty hack, he revealed, is to avoid getting lotion stuck in the creases of fingers so that none of the cream is wasted.
John - who first joined Snapchat back in February - also confessed that he prefers to us eye cream as a face moisturiser, finding that it works just as well for his complexion.

The American singer-songwriter had a series of different tips and tricks he shared with fans, notably one for anti-ageing. Using a serum enhanced with vitamins C and E, he dabbed the product onto his upper lip and chin, creating a smiley face which he has nicknamed 'The Offset Smiley'.
However, when it comes to keeping his skin hydrated and healthy, he revealed that his favourite product is the Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme, which he applies with a cotton earbud on specific areas of his face which are lacking moisture, leaving it to sink into his skin for two hours.
