Chrissy Teigen is due to give birth to her second child in June, and like most expectant mums, she's got her stretch mark prevention routine perfected. The model, who lives in Los Angeles with her husband John Legend and their two-year-old daughter Luna, opened up about her favourite product for holding off the 'stretchies' as she calls them, telling Refinery 29 that she is from 'a real stretch mark-prone family.'
Her wonder product of choice is Lumiere's Concentrate, which she uses on her belly and around the sides of her stomach. Refreshingly the star admits she had stretch marks before having children, particularly on her thighs, and also reveals that even top supermodels have stretch marks. Now that make us feel better.

Chrissy often shares photographs of her stretch marks on her Instagram page, giving her followers a real confidence boost when it comes to their own skin scars. The mum-of-one told the website that despite being heavily pregnant, she still keeps up with her skincare routine to prevent new marks. She explained: "John helps me a lot with everything at the end of the night. Luna loves helping out. It's exhausting to do this 10-15 minute session of lubing up your belly and body, with all these different layers, especially when you're like, 'I don't even have a stretch mark yet!'"

As well as being a big fan of Lumiere, Chrissy also raves about the product Aquaphor for dry skin on her elbows and she adores coconut oil. The star calls Lumiere an 'incredible product' – so what's the magic ingredient? Lumiere de Vie Serum Concentrate is said to promote collagen, contain antioxidants and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Key ingredients are algae extract, caffeine and vitamin E, among others. The concentrate is available to buy from motivescosmetics.com, priced £68.75.

Back in December, Chrissy spoke about her second pregnancy, revealing she has had a hard time with headaches. Asking for advice from her Twitter followers, she wrote: "I love being pregnant. I like it more than not being pregnant. But the headaches, my god the headaches. Someone... please help. Don't say water. Or Tylenol. Or iron. Or magnesium. I need witchcraft." Her followers rushed to offer her advice from drinking coffee to rubbing essential oils on the temples.
