A good skincare range is hard to find and what's more, it will usually cost you a fair whack. If you are strapped for cash but still want to treat your skin, you may want to head down to Primark on your lunch break. Yes, really! The high street store has teamed up with beauty influencer, and former Beauty Director, Alessandra Steinherr, to launch a budget-friendly skincare collection. If you've ever watched her #sundayfacial on Instagram, you will know that this woman knows her stuff when it comes to skincare. The Alex S x Primark collection is a 20-piece line that not only looks gorgeous (we love the millennial white bottles and chic pastel stripes) but has been praised for its cruelty-free, vegan-friendly ingredient list. Plus, it contains no parabens, no phthalates, no essential oils, no sulfates and is pretty much oil free. Prices start from just £3 and nothing is over £5. Excellent!
Alex S x Primark is available now
Talking about the collection, Alex said: "Everyday I have the privilege of speaking to my readers via my social media platforms and the question I'm asked the most is - what's the best high street skincare brand? And I struggled to recommend one brand that offered a total skincare solution." Joining forces with Primark, it gave Alex the opportunity to take a blank sheet of paper and start from scratch.

Plumping lipgloss, £4
There's five different ranges within the collection; Plump & Glow, Sleep Spa, Maximum Moisture, Pore Balance and Pollution Solution, and they are designed to zap dehydration, beat tiredness, sort out pore congestion and help your skin combat pollution.

There has been some confusion about which stores the line is available in, as some fans complained it hadn't hit their local branch on launch day.
