Brooklyn Beckham, the eldest child of David and Victoria, has certainly inherited his dad's love of ink. The 18-year-old is on his way to rivalling his dad's collection of over 50 body illustrations. He unveiled the most recent addition to his assortment of over 15 tattoos on Sunday - and it's a loving tribute to his mum.
The work of art features the word 'Mum' written on a banner strewn across a heart filled with three roses. Brooklyn hails the tattoo "another amazing one" in his latest Instagram post, which he shared after visiting Victoria ahead of her show at New York Fashion Week. This is his second tattoo tribute to the ex-Spice Girl, as he also has the words "Mama's boy" etched over his heart.
A keen photographer, Brooklyn often shows off his new inks to his 10.8 million Instagram followers. Take a look through his ever-growing tattoo collection, and the meanings behind them.
Brooklyn pays another tribute to his dad with an inking of David's birth year on his right hand, tagging him in his Instagram snap. Artist Mr.K of Bang Bang Tattoos in New York City etched this piece. It clearly continues the family tradition of matching tattoos - David also has 1975 etched onto his ribcage.
Seven is definitely a lucky number for the Beckhams. David famously wore a number seven football shirt when he played for Manchester United and England, and admits it was "an influential number throughout [his] career". With this simple tattoo, Brooklyn pays tribute to the lucky number, which is also his little sister Harper's middle name. Crediting New York-based tattoo artist @evantattoo, Brooklyn shared a fist bump photo showing off the freshly-inked number 7 on his left pinky. He also has the word seven inked on his left wrist.
Brooklyn clearly takes inspiration from his father's collection of over 50 tattoos. In April 2017, he choose an image of a Native American chief for his first tattoo after coming of age. Posting a series of Instagram photos documenting the experience, he went along with his dad to Mark Mahoney, owner of the Shamrock Social Club tattoo shop in LA. He captioned one of the photos: "Honoured to have my first tattoo done by dad's friend Mark Mahoney," adding, "just like Dad's," in reference to David's matching Native American tattoo.
Going bold with an image of Cupid, the ancient Roman god of love, on his sternum, Brooklyn yet again followed in his father's footsteps. This one bears a striking resemblance to David's multiple cherub tattoos. Dr Woo shared his masterpiece, writing "Fun one for BB. thankz bud."
Brooklyn added the word "Buster" right below his Cupid tattoo. This heartfelt tattoo is a tribute to his childhood nickname, and matches David's artwork. David, 42, got a neck tattoo honouring his eldest son back in 2015, explaining "I've always called Brooklyn (Buster) since the day he was born… Love you Bust @brooklynbeckham."
Less than a week later, Brooklyn paid tribute to his passion for photography with a second tattoo. This time he chose LA-based artist Dr Woo to ink a realistic camera on his left bicep. He captioned a photo of it on social media: "Great second tattoo by @_dr_woo_." Brooklyn moved to New York to study photography at Parsons School of Design.
Brooklyn showcased a delicate compass on his left forearm, shortly ahead of the release of his photography book What I See. For this inking, he stuck with tattoo artist Dr Woo, who shared a picture of Brooklyn's latest addition, saying "Compass vibes for @brooklynbeckham."
Paying a sweet tribute to his three siblings, the Brooklyn had "02 05 11" etched onto his arm, just above the elbow. Eagle-eyed fans noticed that these were the birth years of his younger brothers: Romeo, 15, Cruz, 12, and little sister Harper, 6. Mr K at Bang Bang Tattoos in NYC also explained the hidden meaning: "his siblings 0 2 0 5 1 1 @brooklynbeckham thanks brotha."
An intricate image of an eagle on his left hand is joined by the words "pure" and "energy" on the third and fourth fingers of his right hand. Once again, Brooklyn has taken inspiration from his dad's collection, which also features a flying eagle. Brooklyn inevitably took to social media to show off his ever-growing collection of body ink.

In another nod to his love of photography, the 18 year-old had the word "Click" inked onto the inside of his shutter finger. Brooklyn showed off this tattoo in a cute photo with his little brother, Cruz, in October 2017.
Brooklyn shows off a single rose on his right ribcage. This time, he returned to the family's favourite tattooist Mark Mahoney. "Cheers Mark," he wrote alongside a photo of the tattoo. Interestingly, his mum Victoria hinted at having a rose tattoo in the song lyrics of her 2001 tune Not Such An Innocent Girl. "I've got a secret rose tattoo," she sang, "I'm dying just to show it you."
